She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Neill and Lottie Webster Bowden Neill; her husband Albert Lee Scott; and her children, William Harvey Scott and Wanda Lea Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Randy L. Scott (Bonnie) of Easton, MD, Ronda L. Mitchell (Jeff) of Delmar, MD and Dawn L. Wright of Cordova, MD; her great grandchild Taylor Williams; and her siblings, Donna Bennett (Bill) of Seaford, DE and Harry Neill (Dottie) of Delmar, DE.. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home (106 W Sunset Ave, Greensboro, MD 21639). A burial will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at the Greensboro Cemetery (309 S Main St, Greensboro, MD 21639).
