We announce the death of Phyllis Zimmerman of Corriganville, Maryland, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 92. Phyllis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fogle and Ada Fogle (Schrock); her husband William P. "Willie" Zimmerman; and her siblings, Helen Woullard, Jack Fogle and Dale Fogle.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Zimmerman (Natalie) of LaVale, MD, Beverly Bennett (Wes) of Bunker Hill, WV. and Dr. Pamela Zimmerman-Owen (Brad) of Morgantown, WV; her grandchildren, Scott, Matthew, Michael Bennett, Justin, Brianne, Samantha Zimmerman and William Owen; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Fogle and Marcella Kimble. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
