She was predeceased by: her husband C. Donald Rhoads; and her parents, Helen Lillian and Ralph Henry Constable. She is survived by: her children, Earl Freeman, Linda Hafer, Kevin Rhoads and Carol Rhoads (Jerry); her grandchildren, Danny, Tommy, Ellie, Kim, Terri, Cara, Lillian, Perrin, Rooney and Olive Joy; and her stepgrandchildren, Zack, Emily, Brittany and Cassandra.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Cumberland, MD.
