He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kroll and Naomi Filer Kroll; his son Matthew T. Kroll; and his sister Beverly Kroll Blair (Dick Blair). He is survived by: his wife Marie Kroll; his daughters, Leann Frank (Dave Frank) of Rawlings, MD and Stacy Wolfe (Shannon Wolfe) of Leonardtown, MD.; his grandchildren, Heather Frank of Cambridge, MA, Hunter Frank of Rawlings, MD and Tyler Wolfe (Jackie Wolfe); and his great grandchild Josephine Wolfe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cresaptown United Methodist Church.
