She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur and Reta Pearl Shaver (Shreve); her husband James Wallace Cooper; her sisters, Carolyn K. Beckett and Jo Ann L. Krogel; and her siblings-in-law, Earl Lee Cooper and Annabell Shaver (Mazzella).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Rice-Gump, Christina Shirey, Victoria Wagner, Timothy Cooper (Brenda) and Gerald Cooper; her siblings, William "Bub" Shaver, James Shaver and Evelyn Spencer; her sister-in-law Sallie "Louise" Cooper; her grandchildren, Samantha Thomas (Patrick), Michael Wagner, Patrick Rice, Hunter, Joshua Gump, Kaitlyn Clark, Aaron Clark (Dani), Drew Cooper, Zachary Sensabaugh (Bethany), Emily Lowery, Anthony, Lily and KayLynn Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Lucy Thomas, Kieran Lord, Joseph, Ellory Clark, Blake, Teegan and Ana Sensabaugh.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to Calvary Baptist Church, 14513 McMullen Hwy SW, Cumberland, MD 21502 in honor of Edna.
