She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Shepherd and Pansy Pearl Shepherd (Robison); her husband Edward Wagner; her children, Sandra Stark and Larry Stark; her daughter-in-law Pauline Stark; her grandson Gene Stark; and her siblings, Leroy Shepherd, Brenda Shepherd, Helen Skelley, James H. Shepherd, Jr., Robert L. Shepherd and Paul Shepherd.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Stark; her daughter-in-law Rose Stark; and her sister Carol VanMeter. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
