She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Daugherty and Gwendolyn McDorman Daugherty; her husband James Patrick Reese, Sr.; her daughter Carol "Lanee" Reese Perry; and her siblings, Judge Robert D. Horsey and Monnie Mae Ward.
She is survived by: her sons, Lance Reese (Kelly) of Crisfield, James Patrick Reese, Jr. (April) of Crisfield and Thad Sterling (Elizabeth) of Huntsville, Alabama; her sister Carol Torre (Bob) of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Rhett Perry, Ryan Perry, Brendon Perry, Megan Perry, Gwendolyn Reese, Patrick Reese III, Lauren Bozman, Alyssa Reese, James Sterling, Kristoff Sterling and Kearstin Sterling; her great grandchildren, Pearl Joy, Harper Reese, Noah Patrick Reese, Lilah Reese, Gabrielle Bozman and Beckham Reese; her son-in-law Shawn Perry; her caregiver Tina Swift; and also Angela Ferraro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
