She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henry Maddox, Sr. and Sophia Virginia Maddox; her brother Robert H. Maddox, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Arnold Pines, Samuel Evans and Lenzie Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Patrice Maddox-Collins (Andrew); her grandchildren, Amoni Maddox, Ja'Khi Maddox, Kamaria Collins, Andrew Collins V and Anna Marie Marshall; her great grandchild Amiyah Johnson; her sisters, Carolyn Pines of Portsmouth, VA, Virginia Evans of Kingston, MD and Frances Williams of Boston, MA; and her friend Tawauna Richo of Salisbury, MD. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, god-grandchildren, cousins and friends.
