He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kelley and Mary Bull Kelley; his former wife Peggy "Charlene" Kelley; his brother Sonny Kelley; and his half-siblings, Sonny Kelly and Diane Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Kelley of Crisfield; his stepdaughter P. Annette Brown (Keith) of Mardela Springs; his stepgrandchildren, Kaleb and Keira Brown; and his friends, Don and Linda Whayland of Hebron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
