With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Heather Dawn Saurbaugh of Crisfield, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2025 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Dawn Laird, Mildred, Benjamin Esley and Eunice Esley; her aunt Robin Parks; her uncle Tommy Laird; and her mother-in-law Martha Harbold.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles Francis "Chuck" Esley and Patricia Dawn "Trisha" Laird Esley of Crisfield; her husband Jason Saurbaugh of Crisfield; her sister Erica Barone (David); her sibling's children, Cadence, Kennedi, Maci and Cassidi of Crisfield; her uncles, John Esley (Charlotte Glover), Frank Esley (Barbara), Roger Laird (Theresa) and Arthur "Les" Malin of Crisfield; her aunt Linda Robinson (Rob); her brother-in-law Marc Sterling (Jamie); her sibling's children, Marcus, Sawyer and Parker of Pennsylvania; her close friends, Louise Knorr of Hopewell, Julie Daum of Salisbury and Alicia Matthews of Marion; her caregiver Nancy Hernandez; and her cousin Brandi Abbott.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Crisfield, MD 21817). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
