She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen Webb and Gladys Marie Webb; and her husband Charles Lindberg "Lindy" Carman, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lance Carman (Dana) of Crisfield and Carrie Jester (Chris) of Crisfield; her siblings, Rose "Peachie" Howard (Jack) of Marion, Toni Richards (Steve) of Eden, Bobby Webb of Shelltown and David Webb of Crisfield; her sister-in-law Lori Somers of Crisfield; her grandchildren, Reva Jester, Lily Jester, Kylie Carman, Brittany Welch, Lindsay Ward and Jaycee Ward; and her great grandchildren, Zack, Karlee and Nova. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crisfield Wesleyan Church (3067 Lawsonia Rd, Crisfield, MD 21817). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
