We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 95, Mary Lou Rice of Crisfield, Maryland, born in Cambridge, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ewell Holmes Parks and Lula Young Parks; her husband Kenneth Albert Rice; and her siblings, Nathaniel Ewell Parks, Irene Parks Tyler and Edwina Parks Blades.
She is survived by : her children, Kenneth L. Rice (Donna) of Johns Island, SC, Cindy Holland (Randy) of Crisfield and Cathy Rice Asanovich of Marion; her grandchildren, Samantha Langford Peterson (Bobby) of Raleigh, NC, Olivia Hatton Rice of Charleston, SC, Amy Holland Haynie (Andy) of Marion, Zachary Asanovich of Marion and Zoe Asanovich of Marion; and her great grandchildren, Thomas Haynie of Marion and Conner Haynie of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
