It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Postor Pauline Frances Jackson of Crisfield, Maryland, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ella Mae Fisher-Miles (Alonzo Miles, Sr.) and Milton Croswell; her husband Bishop George S. Jackson; her daughters, Pauline Frances (Teensey), Sinsari and Sharon Jackson; her adoptive daughter Marie Horsey; her sons, James Fisher, George, Shanley and Larry Jackson; and her siblings, Bertie Merrill, Elizabeth Williams, Ella Miles, William (Bobby), Lloyd, Floyd and Alonzo.
She is survived by : her children, H. Gregory Sutton (Sherleen) of Dover, DE, Vincent W. Jackson (Shalinda) of Crisfield, MD, Anthony A. Jackson of Crisfield, MD, Deborah F. Jackson of Crisfield, MD, Kevin E. Jackson of Crisfield, MD, Ruth R. Worthy of Crisfield, MD and Stevie L. Jackson (LaVerne) of Salisbury, MD; and her granddaughter Wynette Worthy of Goldsboro, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She also was a faithful volunteer and board member at the Help Our Children Foundation in Crisfield, MD.
