It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Brimer Evans Townsend Crockett of Crisfield, Maryland, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Filmore A. Brimer and Evelyn D. Evans Brimer; her son Thomas B. Evans; her brother Cliff Brimer; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Brimer.

She is survived by : her daughter Karen Evans Marshall (Glenn) of Crisfield; her grandchildren, Thomas Bradley "Brad" Evans, Jr. (Natalie), Melissa Evans Cassimore and Heather Thompson (Keith); her great grandchildren, Evan Cassimore, Meredith Evans, Dylan Cassimore, Daniel Ryon Thompson and Kaiden Thompson; and her close friends, Charli Evans, Virginia, Wright Townsend, Laverne Johnson, Elaine Brimer, Ethel Abbott and Lloyd Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
