She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Guy and Beverly Rose Tyler Guy; her grandparents, Fred, Bernice Guy, John and Rose Tyler; and her brother Gary Gene Guy.
She is survived by: her uncle Henry; her cousins, Dana Insley, Mikayla Insley-Evans and Elijah; and her brother Insley-Evans.
