He was predeceased by : his parents, William Paul Riggin, Jr. and Lois Jane Somers Riggin. He is survived by : his sons, Adam Riggin (Lori) of Crisfield and Abraham Riggin of Lancaster, PA; his siblings, Matt Riggin (Karen) of Crisfield and Betty McCabe (Charlie) of Seaford; and his granddaughters, Kennedy and Autumn Riggin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
