He was predeceased by: his father John Holotik; and his brother Mark William Holotik. He is survived by: his mother Amanda Lee Murphy Holotik; his daughter Tara Holotik of Crocheron; his grandson Thomas S. Holotik of Crocheron; his siblings, Debbie Sparks of Bishops Head, Donna Murphy (Mark) of Hurlock, Johnny Holotik of Wingate and Robert Holotik of Crocheron; and also Amanda Lee Holotik of Crocheron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
