Dorothy M. Thomasen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy M. Thomasen in Crofton, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Dorothy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Dorothy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vernon Goodwin, Sr. and Alice Louise Goodwin; and her daughter Darlene M. Thomasen. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Ann Tucker (late Joseph) of Greensboro, Margaret L. McDonough (John) of Gambrills and Earl M. Thomasen, Jr. (Aletha) of Rockville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be sent to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.
