She was predeceased by : her parents, James Winston Berry, Sr. and Mary Margaret Berry (Lohr); and her brother James Winston Berry, Jr. (Gale) of Staunton, VA.. She is survived by : her husband Keith Barkley Phillips; her sister Mary Lou Fogg (James "Jim") of Peachtree City, GA; her nephew Randy Keith Fogg of Fayetteville, GA; and her nieces, Robyn Winston Owsley (Fogg) of Auburn, AL and Heather Lohr Berry of Staunton, VA..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
