He was predeceased by: his parents, John James and Otillia Szymanowski (Bialk); and his wife Marion O'Connor. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Nusbaum (Joseph), Sharon Fogler (William) and Julie Dunbar (Patrick); and his granddaughters, Sarah (Todd), Meghan (Michael), Moira (Stinson) and Jennifer (Jake). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (16501 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made in Norbert's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
