He is survived by: his wife Linda Kane of Crofton, Maryland; his children, Rebecca Wildbear of Mancos, Colorado and Richard Kane of Bethesda, Maryland; his grandchildren, Nicolas and Greta Kane; and his sister Mary Ann Kane of Arlington, Virginia..
