He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kramer and Ethel Kurash Kramer; his former wife Florence Palko Kramer (Flo); his wife Jeanette Gray Kramer; and his brothers, John (Jack), Ronald (Ronnie) and Dale Kramer.
He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Kachura; his children, Steve Kramer (Jackie) and Stacy Kramer O'Rourke (John); his grandson Justin Kramer; and his sister-in-law Lisa Kramer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.
