He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Hughes and Rachel Hughes; his wife Jo Ann Sylvester; his children, Vicki Lynn Peters (Bob) of Crofton, MD and Frederick Marshall Hughes (Robbi) of Chester, MD.; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Pugh, Shirley Levendoski (Dick) and Julie Hughes; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Hughes (Kaitlyn), Joe Stocker, Justin Stocker, Lindsey Steele (Jason), Tyler Hughes, Sarah (Stocker) and Anthony Hughes (Jessica). He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
