We bid farewell to David Samuel Clarke of Crownsville, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 8, 2025 at the age of 46. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. We shared stories and talked about everything on a daily basis. We also shared a ton of jokes about archeologists (you) and civil engineers (me) and building highways. You will be dearly missed and always in my memories. Our discussions on 4(f) over the years will be cherished :)”
