He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen David and Maryon Kulesza. He is survived by : his wife Judith; his children, Caroline A. Kulesza (Alan Robertson), Matthew J. Kulesza (Anne) and Amy E. Kulesza (Tim Brown); his granddaughters, Sarah and Kathryn Kulesza; and his sister Loretta Vanhove.
