He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his stepsons, Roby Hubbard and Jeffrey Hubbard (Jane); his son Benjamin Harvey; his grandchildren, Alexander Hubbard, Jonah Harvey and Phoenix Harvey; his in-laws, Bob Ziemann and Pat Ziemann; his friends, Frank Zitello and Michael Mellinthin; and his pet Athena Ballerina.
