Self, Jr. and Carrie Hall; his grandchildren, Dylan, Tequilla, Cody, Austin, Courtney Craig, Alexis, Carl, III, Paige, Jake and Leona; his great grandchildren, Takiyah, Takarah, Jansen, William, Landon, Trip, Dalton, Westin, Murphy and Everhett; and his sisters, Esther Kimble, Evelyn Harmon and Barbara O'Brien.
