She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Bowie and Marian Bowie (Lytle); her husband Raymond Blowe, Jr.; and her siblings, Ronald H. Lytle, Nathaniel Bowie, Jr., Rose Marie Jackson, Gayle Bowie and Major "Buddy" Bowie.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Jane Peck and Robert Thomas Peck, Jr. (Ruth); her granddaughter Kayla Peck Brown (Brodis); her daughter Savannah Peck; her sister Marjorie Lytle Fisher; and her friend Rosalie "Winkie" Lopez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
