She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Bowie and Marian Bowie (Lytle); her husband Raymond Blowe, Jr.; and her siblings, Ronald Lytle, Nathaniel Bowie, Jr., Rose Marie Jackson, Gayle Bowie and Major "Buddy" Bowie.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Jane Peck and Robert Thomas Peck, Jr. (Ruth); her granddaughter Kayla Peck Brown (Brodis); her daughter Savannah Peck; her sister Marjorie Lytle Fisher; and her friend Rosalie "Winkie" Lopez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shenandoah Memorial Park (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602).
