She was predeceased by: her parents, Romanus Joseph Helmstetter and Clara M. Helmstetter (Lueck); and her sisters, Kathleen Humbertson, Rita Mallozzi, Isabelle Moser and Virginia Renton.
She is survived by: her husband James Ellsworth Hosfelt; her children, James Hosfelt, Jr. (Sherry), Melissa Mason and Timothy Hosfelt (Patty); her granddaughter Jenna Nevadunsky (Albert); her children, Jacob Hosfelt (Michelle), Hayden Hosfelt, Nicholas Hosfelt (Madison) and Chase Hosfelt; and her siblings, Eugene Helmstetter (Susie) and Alice Stevens. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
