With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Douglas Bielanski Sr. of Cumberland, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 61. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bielanski and Barbara Bielanski; and his brother James Bielanski. He is survived by: his wife Debra K. Bielanski; his sons, Charles D. Bielanski Jr. (Susan), Matthew S. Bielanski (Michaela), Alden R. Wagoner-Bielanski (Chenoa), Dystany K. Arnold (Joe) and Drew N. Arnold (Braillie); his siblings, Sharon Landrum (Carl), Patrice "Peanut" Kellner (Ben), John "Stas', Christopher Bielanski (Sabrina) and Tom Meadows (Brenda); his father-in-law Ronald Russell Sr.; his brother-in-law Ronald Russell Jr.; and his pet Ebony Angel.
