We announce the death of Charles W. Taylor Jr. of Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 82. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Taylor, Sr. and Lillian Elizabeth Taylor Shanholtzer (Miller). He is survived by: his former wife Diana Lee Taylor (McDonald); his children, Michelle Ann Taylor and Michael Allan Taylor (Sherry); his grandchildren, Taylor Elizabeth Moore (Jason) and Norris Paul Carey, III; his great grandchildren, Aria, Elijah and Liliana Moore; his sisters, Sharon Fike (Steve) and Betty Taylor; and his pets, Tiger, Jasmine and Max.
