It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clem Ritchie Armstrong of Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Armstrong and Evelyn Armstrong; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Fetzer. He is survived by: his friend David Miller; his former wife Betty Armstrong; his daughter Renee Hall (James Walker); and his sisters, Marion Fetzer, Janet Marker (Mac) and Naomi "Elaine" Fansler (Ronald). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
