She is survived by: her parent Billie Jo Valentine; her husband Eric L. Folk; her sisters, Heidi Yommer, Samantha Orndorff and Tiffany Valentine; her close friend Laura Smith; her grandmother Hazel Ryan; and her nieces and nephews, Abigail, Sienna, Jameson, Camron and Skylie. She is also survived by extended family including numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
