He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis "Ray" Middleton and Gail Middleton; and his cousin Jeanne Sneathen. He is survived by: his friends, Brian, Nancy, Bill, Cindy and Kevin; the mother of his child Shari; his friend Lianne; his grandchildren, Raylan, Layla and John; his sister Joyce (Middleton); his daughter Destiny (Swandol); his son-in-law Derrick (Swandol); his grandchild Pistol Pete; his pet Kitty Cat; his brother Brian Day; and also Ann.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). The military honors will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made in Curtis's name to your local animal shelter, Veteran's Association, or local library as Curtis always had a book on his person, just like his mom.
