He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Grace Luella Hay (Swearman); and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Stotler (Don) of Berlin and David Hay (Virginia) of Somerset; his nieces, Jana Lee Stotler and Lindsey Jo Cioci (Brian); and his pets, Mia and Mika.
