He is survived by: his wife Joyce Holshey White; his sons, Mark D. White (Sheri) of Ridgeley, WV, William Hiser White of North Charleston, SC and Scott M. White of Bloomery, WV.; his stepchildren, Mary Ann Tamas (Abdul) of Arlington, VA, Michael T. Spicer (Carolyn) and Steven E. Spicer of Washington, D. C.; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Nichols, Susan Peterson, Royanne Hedell (Lynn) and Linda Cooper (Lee).
