Though David Royce may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David Royce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his fiancé Brandy Ritchey; and his brothers, R. Greg Beeghly (Ellen), Andrew Beeghly (Juli), Kent Beeghly (Krista), John Beeghly (Tina) and Brian Beeghly (Elizabeth). He is also survived by his feline companion: Bear; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Allegany County Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 566, Cumberland, MD 21501-0566.
