She was predeceased by: her parents, James Patrick and Margaret Angela Moore (McCulley); her former husbands, Paul Morgan and Makel Burke; her husband Ralph Hornick; her son Matthew Morgan; her son-in-law Rick Bauer; and her siblings, Richard, Charles Moore and Patricia Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Paul "Tom" Morgan (Fran), Josephine Yokum (Sam), Mark Morgan (Karin) and Regina "Jeannie" Bauer; her grandchildren, Paul Yokum, Wesley Yokum (Crystal), Amber Shope (Jeremy), Wyatt Yokum, Jesse Morgan (Jennessa), Kelley Stagmaier, Kayla Morgan, Steve Morgret and Russell Ruckman; and her sisters, Mary K. Reed, Constance Short, Helen Hutchinson and Sylvia Shipe. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
