She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Page "Bub" Hershberger and Ruth Elizabeth Hershberger (Kesner); her former husband Owen Larry Berry; and her siblings, Ronald Hershberger (Mary Lou) and Imogene Wagoner (Fred).
She is survived by: her husband Rick Cook; her children, Kim Rice (Jeff) and Kirk Berry (Christina); her stepdaughters, Rae Lynne Cook and Robin Cook Davidov (Jon); her grandchildren, Ryan Rice (Brooke), Morgan D'Atri (Nick) and Sydney Berry (Dalton Dolly); her great grandchildren, Parker, Paxton, Mila, Aria and Krew; and her stepgrandchildren, Lucy and Owen Davidov. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
