Melvin; her children, Larry Wirtley II of Euless, TX, Starla Wirtley of Silver Spring, MD and David Melvin of Cumberland, MD; her grandchildren, Brianna of Euless, TX, Margaret Neidhardt of Morgantown, WV, Ethan Neidhardt of Cumberland, MD and Thomas Melvin of Cumberland, MD; her niece Natalie Gutzler; and her nephews, Bob Lashbrook and Mike Vorsino. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
