She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara M. Clay and Paul Clay Sr.; and her stepfather Paul Clay Sr. (Barbara M. Clay). She is survived by: her husband Gilbert "BIlly" Powell; her children, Leslie and Christopher; her granddaughter Alexis; and her siblings, Terry Powell (Pat), Paul Clay (Jeanne), Robert Clay (Bobby), Paula Meade (James) and Annette Clay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
