She was predeceased by: her parents, Olivia Shambaugh and Ovey Shambaugh; her husband Ray Witt, Sr.; her siblings, Doris Whiteman, June Pryor, Bobby Shambaugh, Ray Shambaugh, Denny Shambaugh, Steve Shambaugh and Richie Shambaugh; and her pet Snowball.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Witt, Jr. and Theresa Witt; her siblings, Virginia "Ginny" Carr (Jim Carr), Frank Shambaugh (Kay Shambaugh) and Ronnie Shambaugh (Stephanie Shambaugh); her sisters-in-law, Sheila Schafer (Glen Schafer) and Annette Deener (Mike Deener); her granddaughters, Megan Steckel and Emily Witt; her great grandchildren, Aston Cole and Liam Steckel; and her brother Rocky Gap (Las Vegas). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Libby's memory to Emmanuel United Methodist Church.
