He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Ricewick (Brian), Janelle Shipley and Delaney Shipley; his close friend Lisa Abbott; his grandchildren, Laci Dolly, Kimberly Fairall, Kayla Welsh and Austin Dolly; his sisters, Ruth Border and Fran Childers; and his close friend John E. Whorton. He is also survived by his many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
