He is survived by: his former wife Laurie Winner Meredith; his children, Benjamin and Elizabeth; his siblings, Melinda Gemmill and Michael Meredith; his nieces and nephews, William, Ann, Grace and Matthew; his close friend Aline Pelicano; and his pet Swiffer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502).
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested people make blood donations thru the American Red Cross in remembrance of the large amount of infusions he required that gave him precious more months to spend with his family and friends, or make cash donations to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center (https://hillman.upmc.com).
