He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frost of Tye, TX and Sally Fields of San Diego, CA.; his wife Barbara Kay Frost; and his adoptive parents, Mary Hoffman, and Kenneth Hoffman, Sr. of Waynesboro, PA..
He is survived by: his daughters, Frances Boester of Beckemeyer, IL, Zabrina Costello (Jason) of Front Royal, VA, Gennifer Frost and Kayla Atkinson (Jeffrey) of Cumberland, MD. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., to offset the costs.
