He was predeceased by: his father George W. Stimmel; his grandparents, George R., June Stimmel, Olive and Robert Bryan; and his aunts and uncles, Darla Stimmel, Carla Malloy, Carol Cooper (Harvey "Buddy"), Marlene Santos (Dave), Jerome Bryan and Robert "Bobby" Bryan (Elizabeth "Betty").
He is survived by: his mother Beverly Ann Stimmel (Bryan); his siblings, Stacey Devine and Robert Stimmel (Christopher Schisler); his nieces and nephews, Michael Devine, Jr., Lucas Devine, Delaney Devine, Shaun Seddon and Abigail Devine; his great-nephew Finn W. Devine-Mense; his uncle Larry Malloy; his aunt Elizabeth "Betty" Bryan (Murray); his former wife Alice Seidler; Victoria Stendeback, Naomi, Hanna Stendeback (Matt Price), Amelia and Samuel "Hunter" Stendeback (Jessica McCarty Stendeback).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
