He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Hockman and Goldie Madelyn Hockman (Heartsock); his former wife JoAnne Hockman; Sally Hockman. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Tipton; his children, Steve (Diane), David (Janice), Tim (Lisa) and Lori Russell (Tony); his daughter-in-law Cathy; his grandchildren, Krissy, Mandy, Scott, Tina, Chase, Logan, Nathan, Megan and Little Tony; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
