He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kenneth Lafferty and Irene Toliva Lafferty (Samuels). He is survived by: his former wife Janet Stoops; his wife Deborah Lafferty; his daughters, Glenda Appel (Brian "Rege), Susan Pryor, Jill Brooks and Tonya Bennett (Christopher); and his stepson Michael Klipstein. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
