It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh Morris Hawkins Jr. in Cumberland, Maryland, born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parish Hall. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the Monticello Memory Gardens (670 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA in his honor.
